Chia egg– 1 tbs chia seeds with 3 tbs water, mix and let sit for 5 minutes

Date syrup– Great, healthy sweetener – combine 1 cup dried dates with 1 cup of warm water, soak for an hour then put in high speed blender with a squeeze of lemon juice.
Enzyme– proteins that help speed up metabolism, or the chemical reactions in our bodies.
Fiber- all the parts of plant-based foods that cannot be digested or absorbed by the body. Soluble fiber easily dissolves in water and breaks down into a gel-like substance in the colon. Insoluble fiber does not dissolve in water and is intact as food moves through the gastrointestinal tract.
